Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Fun Keyboard ("the app"), provided by Majd Salloum ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fun Keyboard on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Fun Keyboard offers four optional purchase tiers to unlock Pro features (all games, unlimited custom themes, custom background images):

• Weekly — $2.99 / week, with a 3-day free trial.
• Monthly — $4.99 / month, with a 3-day free trial.
• Yearly — $19.99 / year, with a 7-day free trial.
• Lifetime — $39.99 one-time purchase, no recurring billing.

How auto-renewing subscriptions work

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of any free trial.
• Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Renewals are charged at the same price unless Apple notifies you of a change.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription any time from Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you'll keep Pro access until then.
• Free trial eligibility is one trial per Apple ID per subscription group, as enforced by Apple.

Lifetime purchase

The Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase that grants Pro access for as long as Fun Keyboard is available on the App Store. It is not a refund-able subscription; refunds are governed by Apple's standard refund policy.

The Lifetime tier is offered as a limited-time launch offer. We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, raise the Lifetime price, change which features it unlocks, or remove the Lifetime tier from sale entirely. Any such change applies only to future purchases. If you have already bought the Lifetime tier, your existing entitlement is unaffected — you will continue to have Pro access on the terms in effect at the time of your purchase, for as long as Fun Keyboard is available on the App Store.

Restoring purchases

You can restore previously purchased Pro access at any time by tapping Restore Purchases on the home screen or paywall. The restore button calls Apple's AppStore.sync() and re-checks your entitlements.

Acceptable Use

Fun Keyboard is a typing tool. You agree not to use it to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
• Interfere with the app's normal operation or attempt to reverse-engineer it.

Privacy

Use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The keyboard extension does not request Open Access, does not include any third-party SDKs, and does not transmit anything you type. The host app uses third-party SDKs (TikTok Business SDK, Meta SDK) to attribute and optimize marketing campaigns we run on those platforms — see the Privacy Policy for what they collect and how to opt out via App Tracking Transparency.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every iOS version or device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these Terms over time. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.

Termination

You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
